  • Do you offer a guarantee?
    Yes! Our health guarantee against Distemper and Parvo virus is 5 days and begins to cover from the day the puppy is delivered. We give you a sales and warranty contract, electronically or printed, which details the care and conditions that you must take into account. We give up to one year guarantee against genetic diseases. When you have any problem with the puppy, you must inform us as the first option to be attended to. We are attentive to the health of each of our pets, so if you have any questions we will always be willing to give you the assistance you need. More details of our guarantee in the sales contract provided at the time of delivery.
  • What is the cost of home delivery?
    Deliveries vary depending on the city you are in, however we have a low-cost shipping system, so you don't have to leave home. To find out the shipping cost to your city, please contact us. ​
  • What time do you deliver?
    Deliveries are generally made within 1 to 2 business days if the puppy is ready for delivery. Otherwise it is coordinated according to the distance for prompt delivery.
  • What payment methods do you have?
    We offer the following payment methods: - In the Dominican Republic we accept digital transfers or deposits to Banco Popular Dominicano. - In the United States: Bank of America, Chase, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal and Venmo. We also accept credit card payments through our remote system or in person at our office. - Payment in cash.
  • Can I reserve a puppy?
    Yes! You can reserve your puppy with only 30% by depositing it into one of our bank accounts, in cash or transfer. Contact us to coordinate all the details of the new furry member of the house.
